I’m Amy, a Brazilian bartender who grew up in a family where food, drinks, and celebration were part of everyday life. My first real bartending experience started in New York City at an Italian restaurant, and since then I’ve worked behind Brazilian, Korean, and American bars, each one teaching me something new about people, pace, and hospitality.
I’m not a fancy mixologist (yet!), but I will make you an unforgettable caipirinha or a perfect margarita, honoring my Brazilian and Latin roots. What I love most about bartending is creating an atmosphere where people feel welcome, remembered, and happy to come back. I’m great with names, I make friends easily, and I genuinely care about giving guests a good experience.
I adapt quickly to different environments and paces, but I thrive most in teams that are genuine, passionate, ambitious, and supportive. My only weakness? Working with messy people. I’m extremely organized and like keeping my station clean, tidy, and efficient for everyone.
Whether I’m serving cocktails, managing a bar on my own, or helping a team run smoothly, my goal is always the same: make the night better for guests and coworkers.

CAPIRINHA
As a Brazilian, the caipirinha has been part of my life since my first legal drinks. Refreshing, citrusy, simple, and full of soul. Made with cachaça, lime, and sugar, it’s the perfect mix of sweet, tart, and bold. It’s my favorite drink to make because it feels like bringing a little piece of home to every bar. MARGARITA Cousin of the caipirinha (but with tequila’s drama), the margarita is one of my specialties. Fresh lime, smooth tequila, and the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. It’s a classic for a reason. Some say it was invented by accident… which is probably why it pairs so well with good stories and good company. OLD FASHIONED Whiskey is my favorite spirit, so of course the Old Fashioned has my heart. It’s simple, timeless, and all about technique... a little sweetness, a dash of bitters, and a spirit-forward kick. It’s the kind of drink that sets the tone for a great night and makes you feel instantly at home at the bar. |
